A national professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Resilience Manager to lead the development and implementation of a firmwide resilience framework. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to shape critical business continuity and incident response strategies at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a robust, outcomes-focused resilience and continuity framework.
• Map critical services and ensure recovery capabilities meet defined tolerances.
• Govern identification and mitigation of operational vulnerabilities.
• Lead incident response activities, including coordination of out-of-hours support.
• Develop playbooks and testing regimes for critical services.
• Partner with IT and business units to enhance disaster recovery preparedness.
• Represent the organisation externally and advise on resilience standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in resilience, business continuity, and crisis/incident response.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across regulated environments (e.g. SRA, FCA).
• Ability to drive change and embed risk-informed thinking into operations.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CBCI) desirable.
