Head of Financial & Regulatory Reporting – Global Hedge Fund

Key focus on the financial reporting and control for the Management Companies across EMEA. This is a broad Financial Reporting specialist role which includes;

• People Management
• Financial Reporting & Control under IFRS & US GAAP
• Regulatory Reporting – ICARA focus
• Dealing with the Auditors
• Transfer Pricing & VAT Reporting
• Managing the month-end process

Experience

• Qualified Accountant – ideally ACA or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a Senior Financial Reporting or Financial Control role in a top-tier Financial Services institution
• Regulatory reporting experience, specially from a Capital/ICARA perspective
• Experience managing Teams
