We’re currently seeking Senior SAP German Payroll Consultants to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a portfolio of German clients and collaborate with colleagues, based globally. You’ll play a key role in multiple SAP HCM/Payroll implementation projects, contributing to cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment. Fluency in German & English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll design workshops to gather and define client requirements
- Analyze and document requirements for the SAP PY module
- Develop functional specifications and workbooks
- Configure and implement SAP HCM Payroll solutions based on client needs
- Support data migration efforts, particularly for master and payroll data
- Collaborate across workstreams, including hybrid SuccessFactors EC and EC Payroll projects
- Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams during due diligence workshops with prospective clients
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in German Payroll, ideally with a background as a payroll manager
- Deep expertise in SAP Payroll configuration for Germany
- Strong client focus and ability to understand and address client needs
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude, working effectively with teams across Europe and India
- Fluency in both German and English
- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools (e.g., Ad-Hoc Query, Wage Type Reporter)
- Solid understanding of payroll and post-payroll processes (e.g., B2A Manager, finance posting files)
- Experience working within structured project environments and the software development lifecycle
- Prior involvement in SAP Payroll system maintenance and support is a plus
