We are searching for an Associate Technology Project Manager to provide an outstanding service from his/her expertise that is customer focused and drives improved organisational performance. The purpose of the role is to provide technology configuration expertise as part of the technology chapter within the squad based structure of the technology enterprise department. In particular technical workstream delivery and technology expertise and support. The associate technology project manager will often work in a supporting role across one or more squads.

What you will do:

  • Support new implementations, and potentially lead mini projects for the existing clients across simultaneous projects and technology initiatives (SAP Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, VNDLY, and other Recruitment Technologies)
  • Translate the demands of customers (internal and external) into technical solutions
  • Responsible for base and transactional design documents as part of new and existing service implementations
  • Ability to build reports for the programme
  • Create and own Technology project plans including effective risk and issue management
  • Project management of the Technology Workstream and subject matter experts
  • Manage internal relationships and communications to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with various business areas to translate business requirements into clearly defined technical requirements
  • Prepare suitable user and technical support documentation
  • Working with Randstad Sourceright and Randstad Back and Middle Office teams to design and test flat-file integrations
  • Working alongside the Technology Enterprise squad leaders to ensure implementation is in line with Randstad Sourceright best practice

What we would like you to have:

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Experience in SAP Fieldglass or any other VMS system is a must.
  • Experience with Beeline, VNDLY or GR8People would be an advantage
  • Experience within the RPO/MSP/SOW industry and/or within specific expertise would be good to have
  • Experience with reporting and vendor management/application tracking systems, CRM databases and analytic tools.
  • Experience in customer service and/or recruitment industry is preferred
  • Analytical, quick learner, drive to continuously improve, and problem-solver mentality
  • Good at time management and performing under pressure
  • Willingness to work in a team and also to take responsibility for tasks and projects independently
