We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Law Costs Draftsperson to join our clients growing team to work on a fully remote basis. Preparing schedules of costs and statements for trial. Providing cost advice to clients in writing or via telephone regarding settlement recovery or technical issues. Drafting and negotiating Cost Budgets, and preparing documentation for the CCMC. Attending CCMC/CMC hearings for advocacy related to Cost Budgets and/or directions. Conducting regular file reviews and utilising Proclaim to ensure timely progression of matters. Meeting daily chargeable time targets and yearly billing targets set by a Manager.Experience Required:Proven experience in cost drafting, with a comprehensive understanding of various case typesProficiency in using a case management system and Costs Master (cost drafting software)How to Apply:This opportunity is being managed confidentially by HarKaye Core Talent.
