Our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance Contractor, provides planned and reactive maintenance services to commercial and retail clients across the UK.
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated maintenance team on a full-time, permanent basis. Please note, this is a mobile maintenance role.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2
- Minimum 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full manual driving license with no more than 3 points
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and use initiative in problem-solving
- Strong professional communication skills with clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical repairs and maintenance within the commercial industry
- Electrical installation
- Fixed wire testing/condition reporting
Additional Beneficial Experience:
- HVAC or heating systems
- Emergency lighting servicing
- General building maintenance
