Role Overview
The role holder will be responsible for assisting brokers with administrative tasks, examples being:
- Daily reports based on previous model, Trades, Volumes & News blasting using Bloomberg and X.
- Weekly reports on OI Change, Trade Analysis, Skew Moves and Macro briefings with major figures each week.
- 1x Podcast sum up (Macro voices, all in podcast etc.)
- Monthly reporting on price moves and structure moves.
- Leverage on all our daily % weekly data to produce monthly reporting.
- Assist on attending and assimilating how geopolitical events impact oil price and global macro factors such as interest rates etc.
- Liaison with brokers and customers to collect information.
- Responsible for identifying and correcting errors, bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
Regulatory Status
The role is identified as Conduct Staff as defined under the Senior Manager & Certification Regime and is subject to the SMCR Code of Conduct. The role holder will operate at all times in accordance with FCA and other relevant regulatory requirements and be fully aware of and act in accordance with relevant desk procedures and compliance and other policies and procedures.

Clear and confident verbal and written skills.
