Location: Oldham (hybrid)

Salary: £38,724.19 per Annum.

Job Type: Permanent

Other requirements: Must hold a current valid driving license and have a car available for work at all times.

Working within multi-disciplinary teams to provide effective and high-quality asset services that ensure FCHO properties are maintained in a good state of repair, so that value for money, efficiency, high quality and compliance with legislation is achieved.

To identify trends in planned and reactive maintenance activities, highlighting common themes to inform decisions on the most effective means of repair or replacement which will be developed into planned, cyclical, maintenance and disrepair activities.

To monitor the activity of all contractors working for or on behalf of FCHO including Property Care to ensure they adhere to the organisations service standards, consistently providing and aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Each Project Surveyor will be allocated a portfolio which they will lead for FCHO, depending on their experience and skill set. These are intended to be:

  • Disrepair
  • Stock Condition Surveys
  • Commercial Premises
  • Energy Performance and Environmental sustainability
