You: dynamic, commercially-focused employment lawyer, with substantial post-qualification experience in a leading City firm (or similar in-house experience)

Us: US headquartered full service law firm

The team: Market-leading employment team, with particular expertise advising multinational companies on strategic international projects

The role: You will play a key role working on premium domestic and international employment projects, including:

  • designing and managing team moves
  • protecting businesses from harm by enforcing post-termination restrictions, and designing holistic retention strategies
  • managing difficult exits, both for employers and senior executives
  • advising employers of record
  • managing domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional restructuring projects and site closures/moves
  • high value employment litigation in the High Court and Employment Tribunal

Both international project experience, and a strength in employee competition issues, would be a significant advantage.

In addition to client work, you would make a valued contribution to the development of a fast-growing and dynamic international employment team.
