A new healthcare PR agency with lively modern offices in central London is looking for a bright and sparky account executive with c 1 year of work experience looking to accelerate their career in healthcare PR and communications. You will work on projects spanning all areas of comms, events and digital media and in a variety of therapy areas (inc. oncology, obesity and mental health). This is a fantastic opportunity for an account executive wanting to accelerate their career in healthcare communications. You will get access and exposure to super senior and inspiring people, far more so than at a bigger network agency.
The Account Executive’s responsibilities:
- Helping with the day-to-day running of client accounts
- Media monitoring and conducting research
- Using your initiative to research insights and ideas for new and interesting ways to communicate healthcare messages to a variety of audiences
- Assisting in coordinating and attending high profile industry events
- Communicating with different audiences; patients, pharmacists, doctors, the general public, consultants, etc.
The ideal Account Executive will have:
- A passion for healthcare PR/communications, this is essential
- Exceptional communications skills: written, presentation and spoken, plus impeccable spelling and grammar
- Strong organisational skills, you will need to balance competing priorities and manage your workload
- Social media savviness – you will be the go-to person for all things social and digital
