The New Business roles deal with warm leads, with limited cold calling. The team consists of 11 members, and the company has grown over 60% in the last year. They are part of a Prestige Car Dealership group selling high-performance cars like Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Ferrari. The focus is on HNW Motor and Household policies, with cross-selling opportunities for policies such as Fine Art, Jewellery, and Holiday Homes. Broking is done via the e-trade platform Acturis. To be considered for these positions (except the Junior role), you must have Personal Lines insurance experience (training on HNW is available). For the Junior HNW AE role, candidates without insurance experience are considered, especially those looking to build a career in insurance.
