Overview: My client is seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Dimensions) consultant for a long-term project with TfL. This is a hands-on technical role focused on configuring and supporting workforce management solutions across timekeeping, absence, scheduling, and analytics. You’ll also work closely with the Passport scheduling platform, ensuring integration and smooth operation alongside UKG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and support UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, Analytics)
- Integrate and support Passport crew planning application
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and operational stakeholders to gather and implement technical requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades, and support enhancements
- Provide end-user support, training, and maintain documentation including KEDB
Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Kronos Dimensions
- Technical background in system configuration, support, and integrations
- Experience with Passport, or similar crew scheduling software (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP, SQL, or database/reporting tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
