Executive Search Consultant– Life Science, Tech or Clean Energy

Privately owned, boutique agency, team of 18 consultants.

You will need relevant recruitment experience to be considered – an ideal second recruitment job.

Location: Camberley

Base Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE

OTE Year 1: £45,000–£55,000+ realistic | Top billers exceed £100k

Finish early Fridays | High-trust culture | 20% commission + up to 10% quarterly bonus

This team is passionate about working in a sector that makes a difference – supporting some of the most innovative businesses in biotech, clean tech, medical devices, and pharma across the UK, Europe, and the US.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and scaling a niche desk within the life sciences sector
• Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates in a values-led, consultative way
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process across contingent and retained mandates
• Collaborating with a highly experienced leadership team

What you’ll earn

20% commission on billings

Plus quarterly kicker bonuses:

• £35k = +2.5% back to £0
• £50k = +5% back to £0
• £75k = +7.5% back to £0
• £100k = +10% back to £0

Recent case: a consultant who joined from scratch in June last year billed £126,000 in April and earned £37,100 in commission
