In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the foreign exchange bureau, providing exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day operations. You will develop new business leads through social media, events, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring profitability of the bureau
2. Achieving foreign exchange targets and KPIs
3. Converting Hays Travel customers to purchase foreign exchange
4. Maximising sales individually and as a team
5. Providing exceptional customer service
6. Assisting with daily operations and increasing bureau exposure
7. Using social media to promote offers and generate leads
8. Monitoring competition, rates, and stock levels
9. Accurate cash reconciliation and banking
10. Minimising risk and errors
11. Supporting administrative duties and ensuring security
12. Participating in training and adhering to policies
13. Performing additional duties as needed
