Our recruitment agency collaborates with some of the most high-profile retail brands today. We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking to develop their agency recruitment or managerial experience within the retail industry. Ideally, you will have experience in fast Retail, Fashion, or FMCG sectors, and be interested in establishing a new Permanent & Temporary Recruitment Desk focused on Retail Operations and Store recruitment in our centrally located Manchester office.

We already boast an impressive client list across our Buying, Merchandising, Design, Digital, and Marketing recruitment desks. This presents a fantastic opportunity for our reputable company, celebrating its 35th anniversary, to expand our recruitment services to Retail Operations and Store talent.

The successful candidate will promote our services to existing clients in other sectors and be proactive in acquiring new clients. This involves identifying new leads and engaging in business development with both warm and cold prospects. Once new clients are onboarded, you will manage and service these accounts by sourcing top talent and assisting clients in hiring the best candidates using innovative recruitment tools, our database, and your network.

This Senior Recruitment Consultant role requires accountability for achieving sales targets, building a strong network of candidates and clients, and developing a leading recruitment desk in Retail Operations and Stores. You will receive full support from the Directors and be part of a dynamic, driven, and collaborative team culture to help you meet your ambitious goals.

If you have a proven track record in building a retail recruitment desk or possess industry experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG at a senior level with a sales-driven approach, we want to hear from you.
