Skills and Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in BIM management/coordination on large or complex architectural projects.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering multiple concurrent projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong understanding of ISO19650 and BIM execution planning.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience with computational design, sustainability, or automation workflows is highly advantageous.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational delivery with forward-thinking innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Line-manage and mentor a regional BIM Coordinator team, overseeing BIM delivery across all live projects.
• Support project teams with BIM setup, coordination, and compliance (BEP, AIR, ISO19650).
• Lead project BIM meetings and workshops with clients and consultants, resolving coordination challenges across disciplines.
• Champion innovation in digital project delivery—exploring new workflows, platforms, and tools that enhance efficiency and design outcomes.
• Maintain and evolve BIM standards, templates, and content libraries, ensuring seamless interoperability between Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on digital delivery strategy, including AI, sustainability, and automation initiatives.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted training programs for design teams.
• Contribute to bid submissions and technical proposals from a BIM management perspective.
