Engineering Manager – Pre and Post Sales5G RAN Infrastructure Technologies UK Home Office with occasional EMEA travelc£70K plus bonus & benefitsThe company Cutting edge Radio Access Network technologies, ORAN, Private5G & NHIBMajor customer logos across; Tier 1 Service Providers as well as ORAN and Private5G network deploymentsSignificant EMEA growth and increase in market share in the past 3 yearsNew solutions and roadmap to break into new markets and continue with their growth trajectoryThe JobManage and technically lead a small team on all Pre and Post Sales activities, responding to RFPs, Design, I&C, training and customer supportAct as lead technical SME to customers and partners on solution deployments, evaluate design, proposals and use. Project Management and scheduling of commissioning and integration activitiesOversee technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring tickets are resolved and acting as primary point of escalationConduct training sessions, internally for the team as well as overseeing customer trainingYouTechnical expertise of 4G / 5G, PMR, DMR,or Tetra Radio Access Network technologies (with some knowledge/awareness of 3GPP specs). Experience of multi-operator network solutions, Small Cells and DAS preferred. Experience of leading small teamsExperience of RF design, RFoF, RF Modulation schemes, RF measurement tools etc.Customer facing experience/ability – preferably from RAN design and I&C activities.
