Totum Partners is working with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Senior Revenue Controller. In this role, you will work closely with decentralised billers, meeting regularly with key practice groups to discuss WIP and revenue matters. You’ll also collaborate with the Credit Control Manager and CFO. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of WIP management and play an active role in supporting the billing process. This role offers a hybrid model: 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
The ideal Senior Revenue Controller will be responsible for:
- Improve WIP and billing processes, driving efficiency and automation to reduce exposure.
- Build strong relationships and run regular WIP review meetings with partners and directors.
- Act as the go-to expert for WIP and billing, ensuring deadlines are met and teams are supported.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with the firm’s lockup and WIP write-off policies.
- Provide training and guidance on revenue management best practices.
- Support the CFO with clear, insightful WIP reporting.
- Oversee time recording compliance and manage issues like missing or incorrect timesheets.
- Help deliver regular reports on utilisation and recovery.
