An independent national planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of high-profile projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, education, energy, retail, sport and leisure. They will play a key role in delivering planning advice and applications across a wide range of sectors, working with leading national clients including housebuilders, developers, universities, and sports organisations. The firm has a strong track record of securing permission for major schemes, including large-scale student accommodation developments, university campus projects, and residential communities.
Requirements:
- Chartered MRTPI status or in the process of submitting
- Relevant experience across a variety of sectors
- RTPI accredited planning degree or similar
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Line Management experience
- Experience in energy sector projects
