We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the banking sector. Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses
- Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process
- Reach out to customer leads through different channels
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners
- Expedite the resolution of business problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest of the customers and organisations
- Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets
- Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process
- Represent the company at international exhibitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1-2 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, and Payment industries is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Open to travel for work across Europe and overseas regions
- Strong knowledge of the trends and developments in the sales industry
- Native level of fluency in Spanish
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
