Your responsibilities will include: Preparing Schedules of Dilapidations, including detailed costing Creating Schedules of Tenants Lease Liabilities Offering strategic advice on lease obligations and break options Negotiating settlement claims with landlords and tenants Providing procurement and project management support Advising on Section 18 Valuations in line with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1927 REQUIREMENTS Requirements: A degree qualification, preferably RICS accredited Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders Excellent client-facing abilities and attention to detail Capability to work under strict targets and timelines Additional experience in commercial building surveys, vendor surveys, and due diligence reports is desirable but not essential If you’re ready to take on this exciting opportunity and become an integral part of a specialist team, contact David Priestman on 01923 750095 REWARDS AND BENEFITS Package: Competitive salary of £60K dependent on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
