The role involves leading and inspiring a dynamic team within vibrant student and keyworker communities. Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting and managing the annual site budget
  • Keeping financial records in check
  • Maximising income by managing rent arrears and supporting residents
  • Ensuring high occupancy levels by managing voids, collaborating with partners, and driving local marketing initiatives
  • Leading community events and promoting a cohesive living environment
  • Overseeing repairs and maintaining optimal stock levels in collaboration with the surveying team
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Embedding a performance-driven culture while managing relationships with the NHS and universities

Requirements include:

  • Strong management skills and experience
  • Understanding of NHS hospital Key Worker accommodation services or similar, including best practice, regulatory framework, and relevant legislation
  • Knowledge of IT systems for the management of residential lettings, customer contacts, property management, and compliance
  • Understanding of health and safety and compliance in a residential setting
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Customer focused
