The role involves leading and inspiring a dynamic team within vibrant student and keyworker communities. Responsibilities include:
- Crafting and managing the annual site budget
- Keeping financial records in check
- Maximising income by managing rent arrears and supporting residents
- Ensuring high occupancy levels by managing voids, collaborating with partners, and driving local marketing initiatives
