The role involves leading and inspiring a dynamic team within vibrant student and keyworker communities. Responsibilities include:
- Crafting and managing the annual site budget
- Keeping financial records in check
- Maximising income by managing rent arrears and supporting residents
- Ensuring high occupancy levels by managing voids, collaborating with partners, and driving local marketing initiatives
- Leading community events and promoting a cohesive living environment
- Overseeing repairs and maintaining optimal stock levels in collaboration with the surveying team

- Strong management skills and experience
- Understanding of NHS hospital Key Worker accommodation services or similar, including best practice, regulatory framework, and relevant legislation
