Director Clinical Development - Pediatric Hepatology

Our client is a major international business which is looking for a Director Clinical Development to further develop an exciting liver disease pipeline. The role will be based in the London area but hybrid working is offered.The company is a leading European business with a long history of developing medicines to meet unmet need. They are looking for a pediatric hepatologist ideally with clinical research experience in industry but will consider a physician looking to move into biotech.The Clinical Development Director will:Lead global clinical development operations.Develop asset teams for new compound uses.Provide medical/scientific input on product data.Lead the Clinical Development sub-team.Ensure compliance with GCP and ethical guidelines.Manage cross-functional relationships.Support multiple indications globally.Education & Experience:Medical degree (MD) or equivalent in life sciences.Minimum 10 years of industry experience.Experience in pharmaceutical drug development.Rare disease or hepatology experience preferred.Proven leadership in projects and teams.To applyPlease click ‘apply’ or contact Stuart Gilboy
