Claims Advocate – Financial Lines – 27842

Overview This role involves handling claims from initial notification through to resolution, with responsibilities including: First notification of loss for D&O, PI, and Crime claims Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters, and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers, etc.) Conducting data analysis to establish claims history and identify trends in claims for specific clients or business segments Negotiating claim payments and settlements with clients and underwriters Coordinating discussions and meetings to ensure effective communication among clients, underwriters, and their representatives regarding claims settlement Experience required: Experience dealing with claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution Knowledge of Financial Lines Claims and the ability to coordinate discussions with networks, clients, underwriters, and experts Experience with the CLASS and ECF Processing systems (preferable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
