Do you have a background in Partner Marketing / Channel Marketing? Are you bilingual in English and German? Want to work for a well-known brand in a passionate, collaborative team that invests in its staff? Are you based in London and available from the beginning of January?
Working closely with Field Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing Leadership, and Business Partners, the Partner Marketing Specialist will develop, create, execute, and maintain a lead generation marketing plan supporting sales objectives and marketing goals for the territories of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, aligned with the company's strategy.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with distribution partners and key resellers to plan, implement, and report on joint marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage multi-channel communication plans for channel partners regarding programs, events, and updates.
- Execute field-level marketing promotions, events, campaigns, and incentives for channel sales.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager and sales team to identify sales tools and training programs, promoting their utilization.
- Customize marketing collateral for product launches and promotions.
- Register all marketing activities in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs to enhance channel sales productivity.
- Manage sales and event materials to support channel activities and events.
- Manage syndication platforms and coordinate content placement with distributors and resellers.
- Work with PR and social media teams to increase engagement in the DACH region.
Essential Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and German.
- Experience in Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
- Understanding of the partner landscape and a 2-tier channel operation.
- Experience in developing and executing partner-focused programs with a focus on ROI.
- Knowledge of CRM systems; copywriting skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region and support EMEA travel as needed.
Desirable Requirements:
- Good knowledge of social media.
- Multilingual skills, especially in German.
