Pricing Associate Data Scientist

Working Pattern – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full-time, hours per week. Top 3 skills needed for this role: Numeracy and Analytical skills Willingness to get involved in coding What this role is all about: This is a multi-faceted role in VitalityLife focused on enhancing the delivery of our pricing and new business value strategy. It involves building predictive models as part of the existing pricing process and developing new data science methods for improvement. The candidate should be capable of handling analytical, research, and conceptual tasks. You should work efficiently to produce quality proposals and communicate complex ideas simply. Team – Pricing – Life Key Actions: Deliver on the pricing control cycle by identifying improvement opportunities, developing strategies, implementing them, and monitoring results. Enhance and build models for pricing, and assist in their implementation into production systems. Support analytical process improvements within the Pricing team. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure high-impact project delivery. Prepare and present clear reports on results for relevant committees. Maintain and improve monitoring dashboards and reports. Share modelling techniques and results with the wider Vitality analytics community.
