SuccessFactors Consultants needed for a programme. Job Description We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong background in Professional Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring several years of implementation experience , an in-depth understanding of SuccessFactors modules , and functional and configuration expertise to support HR transformation projects for our clients. This role includes a mix of remote work and regular on-site travel, based on client needs. Key Responsibilities : Lead End-to-End SuccessFactors Implementations : Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support. Project Planning and Execution : Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring they align with client business objectives and HR requirements. Functional Analysis and Configuration : Design and configure SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting) according to best practices, delivering high-quality and scalable solutions. Client Training and Knowledge Transfer : Provide training sessions, workshops, and documentation to equip client teams to manage and enhance their SuccessFactors systems. On-Site Client Engagement : Willingness to travel to client sites for essential project stages, such as requirements gathering, go-live support, and post-implementation assessments. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : Work closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and technical consultants to manage project risks, address issues, and ensure successful outcomes. Continuous Improvement and Optimisation : Suggest and implement process enhancements to maximise system functionality and client satisfaction. Post-Go-Live Support and Maintenance : Deliver ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system improvements to maintain stability and performance. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation within a Professional Services setting. Demonstrated experience in multiple full-cycle implementations across various SuccessFactors modules. Extensive functional and configuration knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning. Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach. Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on-site client work. SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting) is an advantage. Able to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills : Experience in Change Management and User Adoption Strategies . Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business requirements and configure systems to meet them. Project management experience, ideally with familiarity in Agile or Waterfall methodologies . Previous experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
