A premium 22-cover restaurant is preparing to launch this summer in one of London’s most iconic retail destinations. The concept is rooted in traditional Levantine cuisine with a focus on grills, fire cooking, and fresh salads , delivered in a tight, service-driven format.
The kitchen runs a pre-developed, centralised menu , your role is to deliver it with precision, consistency, and confidence. No creative input required just strong execution, team leadership, and a guest-facing mindset.
The project sits within a well-established international brand , offering all the support, systems, and progression pathways that come with a global operation. While the site is independently managed, it benefits from structured backing and long-term career potential across the wider group.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Grill or fire cooking experience in premium, high-volume or boutique kitchens
- A proven ability to lead and organise small teams
- Calm, polished, and professional demeanour, especially in guest-facing settings
- High standards of hygiene, prep discipline, and stock management
- A genuine passion for delivering food with consistency and care
