Job Opportunity:
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add an Associate Partner to their Social Housing team.
Role Overview:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and preparing fee proposals and tenders
- Attending interviews for tendered projects
- Project set up, QA and team briefing
- Oversight of large-scale surveys and co-ordination with the Surveyor and Data Team managers
- Project management and administration
- Preparation of survey outputs including decent homes, cost tables and reporting
- Presenting to client stakeholders
- Report writing and development of action plans
- Provide asset management advice and support
- Drafting of strategic documents including asset management and procurement
- Development of policies, procedures and management plans for clients
- Undertake asset performance modelling (including NPV)
- Developing and prioritising works programmes
- Advising on best practice data management
- Undertaking asset management function reviews and providing critical friend support
- Managing health, safety and compliance reviews and related action plans
- Team management including timesheets, expenses, resource allocation, appraisals and recruitment
