Our client is a leading building contractor based in Henley, delivering a wide range of projects including large commercial and high-end domestic new-builds, through to landmark & listed properties. They are looking for a Skilled Trade Operative to join their growing team, having recently secured a number of new projects. This is a unique opportunity to receive first-class training and gain new skills in a specialist field. You will also have the opportunity to develop a career pathway to become a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Surveyor or Lead Operative in the future. The company will support you in studying towards attaining relevant industry qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team of highly-skilled professionals installing specialist structural waterproofing systems across a wide variety of sites, with high-profile projects across the Thames Valley, including London and the surrounding counties.
  • Every site brings something new, so you’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience on construction sites
  • Basic skills in one of the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, General Building or similar Trade
