Salesforce Technical Lead
One of the fasted growing partners in the UK are looking for an experience Salesforce Technical lead to join their talented team of seasoned professionals.
They are disrupting the Salesforce Partner market by cherry picking some of the best Salesforce Talent from other major Partners. Although skill set alone will not qualify you for this organisation.
Culture and having the “right” people in the team is key as they plan to double in size in 2025.
You will be leading Salesforce Technical Implementations and Project discussions for some of the largest Salesforce customers in the UK right now, whilst getting hands on with complex Salesforce development yourself. Not to forget that you will also be working along side some of the most experienced Senior Salesforce Architects and Principle Architects in the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to for the squad for any technical escalations
- Speak with key stakeholders and internal technical teams to identify technical solutions
- Work with the senior architect team on building scalable solutions
- Mentor more Mid-level to junior Technical Consultants
- Help with future hiring and perform technical interviews
- Lead to Technical Delivery squad on specific projects
- Translate Technical Solutions to non technical stakeholders
- Lead Technical Discussions
- Develop quality code utilising Apex, LWC
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices
Experience & Skills required
- Proven experience in large/enterprise level Salesforce Implementations
- Implemented Multi-Cloud Salesforce solutions with ideally Salesforce Clouds/products outside of core clouds
- Experience in complex environments
- Integration experience using REST & SOAP API’s or Middleware tools
- Great understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities
- Experience Developing Salesforce programmatically using Apex, LWC, JavaScript
- Very Strong understanding of Declarative tools as well as programmatic tools
- Experience leading implementations/Projects from a technical view
