We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Systems Manager to oversee and enhance the organisations ERP environment, ensuring seamless integration between technology and business operations across the manufacturing and retail divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of the organisations systems landscape and play a pivotal role in digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the ERP system.Lead ERP upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.Analyse complex business processes and requirements to design and deliver effective technical solutions.Develop and implement robust maintenance procedures for all business systems.Test and modify systems to ensure reliability and optimal performance.Deliver comprehensive user training and provide ongoing support and feedback.
