Central Employment are working in partnership with a leading and prominent eCommerce Retailer, as they look to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive (SEO/PPC).
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimise our performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, and affiliate), while contributing to broader marketing efficiency across content, reporting, and campaign support. This is a hands-on, multi-channel role ideal for someone commercially aware, data-savvy, and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Meta.
- Monitor spend and performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR).
- Write ad copy and collaborate on creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing of adverts and landing pages.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights to guide decision-making.
- Carry out keyword research to inform content and product pages.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues (via tools like Screaming Frog or SEMrush).
- Liaise with content creators to optimise blog posts and category content.
- Track rankings, crawl issues, and traffic trends.
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
- Monitor performance, approve/reject applications, and ensure brand compliance.
- Identify and onboard new relevant partners to grow the channel.
- Help maintain marketing calendars and coordinate content drops, launches, and events.
- Create UTM-tagged links, monitor campaign performance in GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Spot inefficiencies or gaps in reporting/data visibility and propose improvements.
- Collaborate on product page enhancements (titles, descriptions, media).
- Support CRO testing (heatmaps, user flow analysis, A/B tests).
- A background from a Consumer led industry.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing.
- An understanding of Meta.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console).
- Comfortable using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
- Basic HTML and CMS knowledge (Shopify, WordPress, etc.).
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-organising approach to workload.
