We are seeking a Marketing and Digital Executive to support the Group Marketing Manager in executing marketing activities. Key Responsibilities include: Social Media Management: Develop and extend social activity on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes strategy development, content creation, optimization, and lead generation. Marketing Campaign Development: Create campaigns, web copy, newsletters, literature, and event materials. Develop briefs for new product launches and collaborate with R&D, sales, and culinary teams to produce engaging content, including videos. Website Management: Assist in website development, address technical issues, monitor analytics, and recommend improvements. Marketing Materials Development: Produce newsletters, literature, event materials, and detailed briefs for new products. CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the CRM system as needed. Sales Data Analysis & Market Research: Use data mining tools to analyze sales, research competitors, monitor partner websites, conduct end-user surveys, and develop new product ideas. Support & Coordination: Organize events, liaise with external agencies, deputize for the Marketing Manager, and perform other duties as required.
