Care Sector Assessors! We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team in ROTHERHAM (S63) and be an integral part of our company’s growth.
About Us:
Care2Succeed are a fully accredited national training provider Specialising in the training and education of those within the Health and Social Care sectors. We provide comprehensive training to staff teams within care units based across South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and Northwest regions.
Due to a vast company expansion, we are looking to increase our motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Assessment team.
Job Types: Full-time (40hrs), Permanent
Location: Rotherham (S63)
Salary: Between £24,999 and £30,000 dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience
The role:
As an Assessor you will be responsible for:
- Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young People’s Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
- Collaborating with learners, ensuring the highest possible standards.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork associated with the role.
- Monitor and report on learner progress and concerns.
- You will be working across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including children’s homes, residential family centres and supported living accommodation.
We require:
- A recognised Assessor Qualification TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent
- Relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sectors, Children, Young people, and families is desirable.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Ability to work as part of a team, or independently.
- Full driving license with use of own vehicle and the ability to travel to our Services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the Northwest.
