About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager / PPC Expert to lead our digital marketing efforts. The primary focus will be on managing and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads, with secondary responsibilities in Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through performance marketing strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Strong experience in performance marketing, growth roles, or digital consumer brands
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Experience in A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and campaign optimization
  • Proven ability to manage paid acquisition campaigns and budgets
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on growth, ROAS, and ROI
  • Strong understanding of competitor analysis, localization, and content development best practices
  • Ability to not only design performance marketing solutions but also execute them successfully

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

  • Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to develop high-performing campaigns
