Kenton Black are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager (Joiner) in Aberdeen City Centre, for 6 weeks. The client is an established fitout contractor with a busy workload across Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire.

Roles/responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the refurbishment project. You will coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly, maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met, manage resources, materials, and equipment efficiently, communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all joinery work.

As a minimum you must be local to the area or willing to travel to Aberdeen City Centre each day as accommodation will not be provided as an extra. You must have your SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets alongside a City & Guilds Carpentry/Joinery certificate.

As reward, you will be paid an hourly CIS rate which will be paid to you on a weekly basis (paid a week in lieu).
