The Role – Design Manager (Cladding)

My client are looking for a talented Design Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do:

🔵Lead the design process from concept through to delivery, ensuring compliance and quality.

🔵Develop a robust, cost effective and buildable design solution

🔵Production of technical submissions

🔵Proactive management of the Design House and other design partners on the project

🔵Management of IRS, RFI\’s and Comment Tracker

🔵 Compliance with Building Regulations and other relevant standards

What they\’re looking for:

☑Experience as a Design Manager within the cladding sector

☑Strong understanding of building regulations, compliance, and technical design.

☑Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

☑A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

*Previous experience in façade cladding / remediation is essential*
