Role Profile
Sourcing the talent our clients need is never a straight line from A-B. We’re looking for someone who can really uncover what a Hiring Manager needs and overcome barriers to finding talent. You’ll be resilient, creative, and passionate about meeting the brief – always exploring whether we can improve the candidate pipeline with research and insight, talent market mapping or creative attraction campaigns.

You will:
- Support and lead hiring manager briefings on in-take of role briefings
- Map and identify talent from the external market via direct sourcing activities for live roles.
- Own and execute outreach via e-mail, phone and online activities.
- Engage and screen potential candidates to determine skills/fit. Partner with the Recruiters to provide longlists for assessment and submission.
- Work with the Talent Intelligence teams to inform direct sourcing strategies as well as adding value on overall compensation, benefits and external perceptions.
- Develop market maps and continually identify and engage with passive talent for current and future roles.
- Nurture and manage activity through talent pools.
- Ensure diverse talent pools are identified and engaged to support any DE&I strategies and objectives.
The Key Requirements
We are looking for a Resourcing expert who loves going above and beyond to really identify, engage with and inspire candidates in new ways. Above all, you’ll have a real enjoyment and infectious enthusiasm for what you do and passion to the role.
You must have:
- Extensive experience in direct sourcing passive candidates utilising multiple channels across several geographies understanding local nuances is critical.
- Strong experience leading briefing calls, extracting information that isn’t forthcoming.
- Candidate management at the heart of everything you do, always thinking about how you can optimise the experience.
- Able to confidently recommend sourcing strategies which build diverse talent pools.
- An analytical approach, using data daily to tell a story and inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, written and spoken – comfortable presenting sourcing strategies as well as talent intelligence reports.
- You’ll be creatively minded, agile in your approach with innovation and effectiveness at the forefront of your mind when advising and delivering on direct sourcing strategies.
