SAP Data Migration Lead Consultant

Job Description

We are currently supporting a global client in their search for a SAP Data Migration Lead Consultant to support an S/4HANA rollout programme.

Start: September 2024

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Remote (10% travel to DACH Rollout sites)

The primary role of the Data Migration Lead is to improve and execute the end-to-end SAP and MES Data Migration Strategy for the assigned project.

Responsibilities:

• Improve, maintain, and execute the SAP and MES Data migration strategy.
• Work with the Data Migration Manager to document the SAP and MES Data entity model with functional teams.
• Design, develop, and coordinate the integrity of Data Migration and its environments for the global template.
• Define the scope and strategy for data migration objects within the project scope.
• Manage and lead the Data Migration Experts team.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to execute the migration strategy.
• Provide weekly status reports on Data Migration activities.
• Design, develop, and monitor Data Migration Test cycles and scripts in line with ERP deployment testing strategies.
