Position Summary
The Director of Client Services is responsible for leading and coordinating client service efforts within the University of Nebraska, ensuring seamless delivery of technology solutions and support to faculty, staff, and students. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other directors across Information Technology departments.
This position emphasizes collaboration, communication, integrity, and a passion for higher education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT customer service
- Knowledge of technology in education, research, and support
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong management and mentorship skills
- Experience working with diverse customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience including supervision
- Experience in higher education
- Equivalent education and experience considered
