Mission: Design elegant, intuitive interfaces that help legal teams interact with AI. From first principles, you’ll define patterns, prototypes, and flows that make complex systems feel simple—and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own design from discovery through to final polish and developer handoff
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to build thoughtful AI-native workflows
- Translate abstract problems into concrete UI/UX solutions and design systems
- Prototype quickly, test ideas rigorously, and iterate based on user feedback
- Build and maintain a scalable, accessible design system
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products from 0→1 or scaling mature products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UI/UX design and problem-solving in complex spaces
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Framer)
- Excellent communication—you can explain design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
- Bonus: experience in legal tech, workflow tools, or working with AI/LLMs
