ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site. Your duties will include:

• Thoroughly examine construction plans and develop a competitive project schedule.
• Supervise and lead other construction managers and supervisors as assigned.
• Ensure timely availability of required materials, workforce, and equipment for seamless project execution.
• Vigilantly enforce compliance with safety regulations at all job sites.
• Collaborate with contractors and construction teams to sequence tasks for on-time completion.
• Monitor and manage inventory efficiently.
• Generate and handle all necessary reports for project fulfillment.
• Uphold correct and safe construction practices throughout the building process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Clear track record of working on CAT A or CAT B fit-out projects up to £2m
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid Trainer
• PASMA

My client is paying a day rate of £280-£300 depending on experience.
