The role & about the client: ITS Building People are recruiting on behalf of a reputable residential construction company for an experienced Site Foreman. This company undertakes all aspects of construction, general building, and project management for home renovation projects – from full refurbishments and property extensions to bespoke new build homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, proactive Foreman to join a passionate team delivering high-quality residential projects across the region.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations on site, coordinating trades, managing materials, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing all on-site construction activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
