Lead Inspector

This is a hands-on leadership role at a leading manufacturing site in Lincolnshire, where you'll supervise and support a team of 6–8 inspectors. What You’ll Be Doing as a Lead Inspector: * Leading Quality Control function to establish world-class inspection and metrology processes * Inspection of components through CMM or manual methods * Setting and adjusting CMM programs * Ensuring all quality documents are maintained and completed accurately * Liaising with other departments on quality related matters for resolution * Leading and developing a team, implementing training plans, and supporting ongoing career development.
