We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team, primarily based in our office, with occasional visits to sites or client offices to assess conditions, requirements, and logistics. The core purpose of this role, for which a knowledge of steel would be advantageous, is to prepare accurate and competitive quotations for a wide range of projects including structural steelwork, staircases, general metalwork, and architectural metalwork. This is a key position that supports the successful delivery of projects by ensuring all proposals are based on clear, practical, and cost-effective solutions.
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with some experience of cost estimating, working on structural steelwork, metal staircases or general metalwork projects to join our team and develop further skills and experience. Alternatively, you could be a CAD Draughtsman, or an experienced Fabricator with an understanding of structural steelwork, metal staircase or general metalwork, looking to move your career in a new direction.
