Patient Care Coordinator - St. Croix Valley

Overview

Park Dental St. Croix Valley is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. Your responsibilities will include checking in patients, scheduling appointments using scheduling software, verifying dental insurance, answering insurance and billing questions, and overseeing patient account management.

Starting Salary: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and manage patient flow
• Schedule patient appointments using scheduling software
• Verify dental insurance and answer billing questions
• Oversee patient account management

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing, and data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Professional customer service skills
• Effective communicator and team player
• Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

• Monday: 12:30 pm – 8:18 pm
• Tuesday: Off
• Wednesday: 6:30 pm – 5:15 pm
• Thursday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm (optional)
• Friday: 6:30 am – 4:15 pm
• Saturday: 7:00 am – 2:45 pm (approximately 5 times/year)
