Our market leading client based in Stourbridge, Dudley is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join their small accounts team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the busienss at an exciting period of growth in a tole that will offer excellent career progression for the right candidate.

Duties To Include

  • Process supplier invoices
  • Run and manage payments
  • Handle supplier queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Update and reconcile cost trackers
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Support month-end closing
  • Assist with audits
  • Help with filing, post, and forwarding queries

Skills Required

  • Purchase ledger experience
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • High-volume transactions experience
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, outlook, word and excel
  • Sage
