Are you an organized and friendly individual with a knack for multitasking? We are seeking a dedicated Order Processing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring all relevant details are up-to-date and accurate
  • Handle stock control, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and updated regularly
  • Raise purchase orders to suppliers and track their fulfillment
  • Organize transport and logistics for orders across Europe
  • Prepare and process export paperwork to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
  • Order office stationery and uniforms as needed
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, inventory, and shipments
  • Looking after sales Inbox
  • First point of call on the telephone so need confidence and good telephone manner

Requirements

  • Previous experience in order processing, supply chain, or logistics is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of export paperwork and international shipping is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and any relevant order management software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
