Quality Technician

Are you an experienced Quality Technician looking for your next challenge? Our Client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team.

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Hours

Monday – Thursday 8am-4.30pm

Fridays – 8am -1.50pm

Key Responsibilities Of a Quality Technician

• Maintain all QMS documents and associated records, including Calibration and Training Records.
• Conduct inspections of incoming materials and perform in-process inspections as needed.
• Liaise with Certification Bodies, customers, and suppliers to ensure compliance and excellence.
• Prepare and submit Monthly QA Reports.
• Assist in the preparation of documents for Quarterly and Annual Quality Reviews.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to uphold quality standards.

Skills And Experience Of a Quality Technician

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience working with Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (preferred).
• Familiarity with Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple quality-related processes.
